Each year, thousands of civil legal aid and indigent defense professionals attend
NLADA's nationally acclaimed educational training programs and conferences.
Our training agenda promotes excellence in the delivery of all aspects of legal services
for attorneys representing the low-income community in America.
NLADA volunteers and staff are also working to build a national training
infrastructure by assisting and supporting local efforts to strengthen
state-based and regional training.
The National Training Calendar is designed to
promote and facilitate the ongoing training initiatives of the equal justice
community. NLADA is partnering with the
Practising Law Institute (PLI)
to offer PLI's Interactive Courtroom CD ROM training series to NLADA members
at a substantially reduced rate, to develop web-based training programs and to
provide consultants for training events at no cost or reduced cost
on occasion.
The culmination of NLADA's training agenda is the NLADA Annual Conference, the nation's
leading summit and training conference for the equal justice community.
